Came as advertised and quickly. Not hard to figure out how to mount. Instructions were good. It's difficult in general to get the drilled holes to line up with the back rack tubes so do your best. Definitely don't need to hire someone to do it. A drill and maybe another set of hands (10 year old) will help.
