Have not used product yet based of lack of snow, but shipping was fast and all parts came in without defect.

I read reviews but always skeptical. I was worried when this showed up but it would be flimsy and I would have to add weight. This thing is heavy duty and has plenty of weight to move snow! Easy install! There is also a very cool sticker on the back that says made in the USA!
